Dano was born and raised in Bratislava and he is a child of the 80\u2019s and 90\u2019s. He always loved stories, but never studied directing. His first experiment from behind the camera was at the age 8.<\/p>\n

Dano’s real world background is in production, where he spent 6 years working as a PM on some of the most challenging projects on the local market. Shot some small stuff during that time and also did the editing on a few commercials. Dano made his commercial directing debut in 2013.<\/p>\n

Since then he worked for clients as O2, Orange, Telekom, MTS, Kaufland, Lidl, Tesco, Raiffeisen bank and many others. Won a few awards for some. Made some visual and documentary projects for television. His documentary about slovak modernist architect Ilja Sko\u010dek, part of the project IKONY, premiered in 2020.<\/p>\n
